Do you write fiction? Are you one of those people who writes stories and then files them away? Or are you a writer who’s perfecting his/her craft? What do you think to the idea of sharing your work with like-minded people?
What about reading? Do you like to write about the books you read and would you care to share your recommendations with others? I would also like to invite you to link up your book review posts.
The link is open on the FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH. For fiction pieces, you can use a stand alone piece, or an extract from a longer story, but no more than 1000 words, if you can help it.
The idea is to produce a short piece of fiction to be enjoyed with a cuppa on a Friday afternoon when winding down for the weekend ahead (or trying to anyway). You can read my previous posts here. Book reviews can be longer.
I hope this is something that might be of interest to you. Please let me know what you think and if you feel like joining in, I will look forward to reading your stories and hearing your recommendations. There will be a button to ‘grab’ and I will also tweet them using the #fridayfiction meme.

This sounds like something I want to join. I’ve been looking for motivation to write short stories and this sounds like a good opportunity.
